Assuming that site preparation and other
amenities are equal, there are only two variables: the cost of the building package
and the cost to install it.The cost of our "package" (roof and siding panels, structural framing, and fasteners) will be in the $7.00/sq. ft. to $10.00/sq. ft. range, the same as a typical compettive package.
Now, look at the installation costs. Because of our simple yet effective design of the assembly system and the speed with which it can be erected you'll save time and money. It costs approximately $3.00 to $4.00/sq. ft. to install our package versus the others at $5.00 to $7.00/sq. ft.
So, add it up. Your total in-place cost with us is $10 to $14/sq. ft. while others are $12 to $17/su. ft. We're looking at a savings of at least 20% for total in-place cost.
