Every TOIBOX building carries a 25-year warranty. Further, the
entire structure meets BOCA and UBC building codes. The tubular structural framing
is fully compliant with AISC standards. The TOIBOX bulidngs are made from the highest quality structural tubing produced by Allied Tube & Conduit. The structural members are up to 30% stronger with a 50,000 psi guarunteed minimum yield strength.
The tubing is roll formed, welded and then galvanized so that the weld joint is protected as well as the rest of the tube. Allied's unique Flo-coat process adds a pacifying conversion coating to the zinc and then finishes the tubing with a clear organic coat. The end result is three layers of protection for a better looking and longer lasting coat.
