Tensilform 150 is a 1 1/2" deep deck used for forming structural slabs and is avialable in various gage and thickness.
Tensilform makes such a strong base for poured concrete that deck installation is fast, easy and economical. Once installed, Tensilform decks provide a safe working surface on which construction personnel can work. Tensilform is ideally suited to serve as a permanent steel base for concrete floor slabs.
Tensilform is made from high strength, full hard steel that conforms to ASTM A653 SS Grade 33 specifications with a minimum yield strength of 33 KSI. To protect Tensilform and assure permanency as part of the structural system, it is galvanized in accordance with ASTM A924 Class G60.
All of the deck we supply is manufactured locally in Gary, Indiana. Tensilform is available in lengths up to 40'. Weights shown on all tables are for estimating purposes only.
